Why Does Sake Deffer By A Region?

Three Elements Of Sake

Sake is made in all over the japan, from the north 'Hokkaido' to the south 'Okinawa'. The taste and the flavor of sake is very different by a region because sake is basically made of the water and rice of the region. Those are affected by the climate and the geographical features. Also ''Toji'',a person who make Sake, is an element of difference of Sake. They have different ways to make Sake by area because they carry on a traditional method of sake by area. So Sake is different by which ''Toji'' made it.

''Water''

 ''Rice''

 ''Toji''
